Redon launches its first Readers' Choice Awards

The Community of communes of the Pays de Redon (CCRF) will hold its first Readers' Choice Awards, in collaboration with several libraries and bookstores of the country. This award recognizes a living author of a book, French or foreign, published between November 2009 and October 2010. Eight books are in the running. Detective, historical, fantasy: the selection is eclectic. The event is open to all persons over fifteen years. They can borrow or buy books in libraries and bookshops concerned. This begins Saturday, February 19 and ends September 18, 2011. The results of voting will take place Saturday, October 15, in the presence of the winner.
